Two leading and very successful organisations in the homelessness and related sectors, HomeGround and Hanover, have merged to form a new agency, Launch Housing, with an ambitious agenda to achieve our vision of ending homelessness. We have a unique and exciting opportunity to work in The Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Team at Launch Housing, Southbank crisis accommodation site. The team works with clients who are experiencing housing crisis, drug and alcohol dependencies and a range of additional complexities. We are looking for an AOD Case Manager with demonstrated experience working with people using alcohol and other drugs and a commitment to harm reduction practices. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with individuals presenting with complex needs and histories. The work ranges from providing brief interventions to medium-term planned case management to people living onsite and in the community.
