Tenancy Broker

  • $62,900 - $69,000 (dependent on exp.) base + super + generous salary packaging

Two leading and very successful organisations in the homelessness and related sectors, HomeGround and Hanover, have merged to form a new agency, Launch Housing, with an ambitious agenda to achieve our vision of ending homelessness. Launch Housing is a strong, single, focused voice on homelessness driven by the values of Empowerment, Fresh Thinking, Agility, Leadership and Courage.

In this challenging, yet fulfilling position, you will be at the forefront of facilitating long term housing solutions for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This is done through developing relationships with key real estate and specialist support agencies to facilitate early intervention for prevention of homelessness.

We are seeking a highly organised, dynamic individual with a strong knowledge of the private rental market​ to join our team. You're ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders across Launch Housing's practitioner teams and with external real estate agencies will see you succeed in this role.
