About us

We are a secular, independent provider of choice for clients and the 'go to' organisation on homelessness for government, media, philanthropy, private donors and the community.

About the role

The Pregnancy Outreach Program aims to address the gaps within the homelessness service system, and bridge the divide between homelessness services and health services in order to create better outcomes for pregnant women experiencing homelessness. The Program does this by providing pregnant women with enhanced case management support, advocacy, and information and referral pathways. Within your role, you will also provide support, secondary consultation, training and education to interested parties both within and external to Launch Housing.

The Pregnancy Outreach Program - Senior Worker is a specialist position responsible for providing high quality, outreach client focused case management services to clients whom are pregnant, experiencing homelessness and have complex needs.

What you will have

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience experience in the delivery of services to clients with complex needs, specifically with those who are pregnant and experiencing homelessness. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to take accountability for their work outcomes and be able to form and maintain strong relationships which are all essential ingredients to working collaboratively with clients, and other organisations, to achieve common goals.
