Property Manager - Relationship Manager ( No Saturday's)

The Role

The Program Manager- Business Development is primarily focused on developing relationships with key property managers and real estate agencies to facilitate access to private rental properties for people on a low income. This role is also responsible for developing existing and new relationships and/or partnerships that benefit Launch Housing's clients, the PRAP program and the organisation as a whole.

The role is dynamic, varied and best suited to someone highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to effectively priorities tasks, demonstrate initiative, be proactive and anticipate areas where assistance is required. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the business environment and good working knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance in work processes with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Real Estate - Property Management.
